Job Title: Project Management
Salary: €2,500 – €4,000/month (we are looking for a junior and a senior project manager)
Location: Barcelona, SpainWe are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the Hotel Construction and Renovation Industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a fantastic team and travel around Europe to supervise the different projects. Interested? Keep reading below:About the role:
We are seeking a candidate who had hands-on experience with managing diverse teams at various locations (both domestically and internationally). The successful candidate must be able to oversee the management of several projects simultaneously and must have experience in the construction industry and good working knowledge of Supply Chain management related to this industry. The ideal candidate will possess the skill set required to create a process flow with timelines for each project, understand the safety and industry standards and work with our Procurement Team to ensure that each project is designed, operationalized and completed within determined deadlines.Skills and Experience:

• Define the Project’s scope and determine available resources
• Set time estimates for each task related to the project
• Create a clear and concise plan to execute the project and monitor progress
• Good problem-solving abilities to be able to manage issues as they arise
• Communicating consistently with team members to ensure such deadlines are met
• Managing cost-overruns and unforeseen expenditure
• Preparing recommendations for changes or adjustments during the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Hotel Reconstruction Industry is a must
• Excellent knowledge of ERP and Project Management Software
• Expert team building and management experience
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of International Standards and Regulations for Hotels
