• Ensure that project management practices comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the project portfolio, including project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide support and guidance to project managers and teams, including training, mentoring, and troubleshooting.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring that mitigation strategies are in place and effective.
• Review design and documentation across the project phases for adherence to nomenclature, Configuration and consistency in structure before submission to customer for Deliverable sign off
• Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or similar academic background, alternatively comparable experience
• Several years of experience in project management or a related field
• Experience in leading and managing multiple projects or programs
• Experience in establishing and managing a PMO
• Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or similar credentials can be beneficial
