Job description

You will manage the governance, methods, processes and tools for project management.Key responsabilities :

• Defining and implementing the Group’s policies, fundamentals, standards or project management tools
• Developing, maintaining, communicating, monitoring and improving any PEST specifically established for the Sector, in order to achieve the consistent quality expected for all projects,
• Identify areas for improvement in terms of operational efficiency and initiate the development of the appropriate solution as a new process or tool to be implemented,
• Propose and build dashboards with key performance indicators to support local managers,
• Propose and build consolidated reporting at portfolio level,
• On specific request from Sector Management, analyse and review project data in order to improve it,
• Providing support to local department managers and/or project teams on a specific problem (risks, etc.)
• Team Management (x3)

Project Management Team ManagementSuccessful candidate :

• Master’s degree (HEC/Business Administration or Project Management Engineering)
• PMI certification (or another certification such as Prince 2)
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
• At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in project management
• Knowledge with SAP (MM, PS modules)
• Experience in using document and data management solutions and a planning tool
• Ability to carry out ad hoc analyses of data and to formulate recommendations on the basis of this data,
• Ability to create and present summary reports and presentations at management level

€155988 – 181986 per year
