We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site operations and manage refurbishment projects up £3m. The successful candidate will oversee all site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

– Manage site teams, subcontractors, and materials. -[
– Report progress to senior management and stakeholders. -[
– Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards. -[

– CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work. -[
– Proven experience managing projects up to £3m in value. -[
– Strong IT skills for communication and project documentation. -[
