Key Responsibilities

• Management of a team of approximately 13 to achieve the objectives set by management, in particular customer satisfaction and operating results. Search for areas for optimizing the performance of profit centers.
• Develop the turnover and the margin of the activity and improve the profitability of each profit center
• Participates in defining the operational strategy
• Ensures compliance with operational processes and ensures the management of associated key indicators
• Improvement of operational performance indicators (productivity, stock level, lead times and customer satisfaction, etc.)
• Defines, in conjunction with the other Departments, the annual budgets/forecasts for each profit center and ensures their management and monitoring
• Ensures the development of team skills by identifying training needs and organizing or providing planned training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills – English and French
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing teams organized in a network
• Good strategic vision
