Job DescriptionExperienced Project Manager sought for innovative, expanding specialist Fit Out Contractor!This growing and award winning business has earned a fantastic reputation for delivery within their specialist sector of fit out and refurbishment work. With a wide variety of clients across the South West, they are able to carry out a range of services including Feasibility & Space Planning, full service D & B and Interior Design and have experience working within commercial, retail and leisure sectors.The firm is looking to strengthen their team with a highly motivated, adaptable Project Manager. Working from their office in Exeter, you will be required to take responsibility for the project management and successful delivery on multiple schemes across the region. Typical duties will include:

• procurement of materials and sub-contractors
• ensuring high levels of H & S producing and maintaining site documentation including RAMS
• overseeing quality and site teams
• liaising with clients
• ensuring sound commercial management of each job.

These exciting and often creative projects can be based across the Devon area with high levels of quality and tight deadlines.Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in Site/Project Management ideally in a fast paced environment. Experience in refurbishment and fit out would be advantageous.
