You are responsible for analyzing business challenges, developing data-driven recommendations, and guiding clients in implementing strategies to drive growth, improve performance, and achieve long-term objectives. You will be working for national and international clients from a variety of different industries and often will report to senior management.As a Project Manager at Roland Berger you will:Manage complex projects and be ultimately responsible for large projects (staffed typically with more than three consultants).Lead client meetings at the level of senior management.Develop and maintain client relationships.Coach the team members in your project teams.Devise and lead one or more office-wide projects.QualificationsWho we seekAt Roland Berger we are looking for people who are genuinely interested in our clients and their challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to work hard to deliver the highest quality possible. Firstly, a selective cognitive assessment that is conducted online and monitored via Microsoft Teams. If you complete the assessment with a satisfactory result, you will be invited to the First round of interviews. This round includes two case interviews and a personal interview.Following a positive outcome from these interviews, candidates will progress to the Final Day. The Final Day involves two (case) interviews with different Partners and/or Principals, as well as a written case with a presentation component.
