As a key member of their team, you’ll manage end-to-end projects for prestigious global brands, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities will include:

• Drive new customer onboarding processes and manage ongoing client relationships
• Prepare briefs for New Product Development enquiries
• Manage sample development, costs, and project timelines
• Handle commercial and financial data management
• Coordinate with internal teams including Planning, Logistics, and Accounts
• Maintain accurate project documentation and sales forecasts
• Process purchase orders and manage order validation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven project management experience
• Excellence in stakeholder management and client communication
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise effectively
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with project management systems
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 would be advantageous
• Knowledge of FMCG or luxury goods sector preferred
