• Oversee and manage mechanical and building services projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors for seamless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or building services industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, and public health services.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is advantageous.
