• Project management in accordance with the Prince2 methodology
• Responsibility to plan, manage, deploy, mitigate risks and follow-up on assigned projects according to the defined methods including
• Verification and control of KPIs
• Monitoring if the quality of service is in line with the SLA
• Mapping and documenting processes and their optimization
• Facilitation and management of project team member

Our requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience managing large / international projects
• Experience in working in a large / international organization, preferable in the Shared Service or BPO area
• Very good command of English
• MS Office knowledge
• Certification in Prince2/Scrum/Agile is an advantage
• Ability to manage/develop project teams
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of the transport and/or production industry (is an advantage)
