Your tasks

• cooperation with two regional leaders (EMEA, APAC) and one global leader, managing their calendars and some administrative matters,
• supporting team leaders by answering team questions,
• setting a calendar of meetings for leaders, preparing agendas, meeting summaries,
• tracking activities to ensure timely project implementation,
• managing strategic projects by: identifying and managing stakeholders, tracking activities, planning projects, identifying paths

What we expect

• experience in working in an international environment,
• knowledge of English at least at C1 level,
• experience in project management,
• willingness to work in other time zones,
• good organization, independence, critical thinking,
• experience in working for software or SaaS suppliers would be an asset
