Managing multiple complex projects to deliver on time, cost, and quality
Managing project budgets in line with investment strategies and allocating Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) resources according to project requirements and forecasted demand
Maintaining and managing project risk logs, taking the lead in implementing mitigating actions across different workstreams
Preparing progress reports to monitor project performance against schedule, budget, and quality standards
Influencing senior stakeholders to drive simplification and standardization of processes across project workstreams to enhance efficiency and establish best practices
Organizing and leading meetings, ensuring effective facilitation and productive discussions
Planning and facilitating focused project/workstream meetings, ensuring clear agendas and that key actions and decisions are recorded, shared and tracked
Organizing and leading project review meetings and workshops as needed

Wymagania

10+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in project transformations
Proven experience in influencing senior leaders
In-depth knowledge of Project Management methods, tools and principles
Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan with a keen eye for detail
Experience working with global teams and effectively communicating with key stakeholders
A professional, motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload independently
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office/Outlook, project planning software and web-based tools
Experience in managing and reporting project/business-related information
Fluent English
