You will work closely with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and contractors, while proactively identifying and managing risks and scope changes to keep projects on track. Expect to be part of a collaborative and dynamic team culture that values open communication and flexibility, all while contributing to Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering innovative and reliable energy solutions.How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure the smooth implementation of the assigned service contracts in an international team.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with the assigned contracts.
• Manage the day-to-day project implementation of the assigned projects.
• Maintain good customer relations for smooth contract implementation.
• Complete the contract to meet all contractual obligations within the approved cost budget.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, gas turbine/compressor, or equipment/mechanical related fields. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience in power generation business, with combustion turbines and/or steam turbines is advantage
• Good communication skills and customer relationship management.
• Advanced level of Hungarian and English for daily communication
• Ability to independently manage projects and business negotiations
• Driving license for the regular customer and project site visits
• On-site project management will be part of the job and business trip occasionally
