We provide our customers with end-to-end services throughout their HRIS and Travel & Expense management projects from business requirements definition to the solution implementation.We also provide post go-live support and transfer of competencies to the teams in the different deployed countries.
With our headquarters based in Paris (and a secondary French office in Bordeaux), we are also implemented in different countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after the deployment of their HRIS projects.Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager (SucessFactors solution) in France with proven experience in project management who will be in charge of international projects.In your role as Project Manager, you will guide customers through the use of the SuccessFactors software solution. You’ll also be in charge of the actions bellow:

• Lead and manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in client organisations
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Deploy project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with client requirements
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage project admin and financial components (budget, margin and expenses)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members
• Monitor project progress and performance, and report on project status to stakeholders
• Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with project standards and methodologies
• Manage change with strategies that build buy-in and mitigate risks
• Identify opportunities to position other service offerings
• Provide status reports and keep team apprised of overall project status

• Bachelor’s degree in software sciences, Management, Human Resources or related field
• Experience in project management is necessary (minimum 5 years)
• Experience working at a software vendor or integrator would be a plus
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required
• Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding strategies and regulations
• An experience with one or more of the following HR technology vendors: Oracle, HCM Cloud, SAP, Workday, Success Factors is a plus
• Must be fluent in French and English
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing project teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Transversal management
