Project ManagerCornwall – TruroI am working with a highly successful regional contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee several refurbishment projects at any one time. Working across multiple sectors, which will include refurbishment of heritage, MoD, commercial and further educational establishments, up to £2m.To be considered for this role, you will need Project / Contracts Management experience within the refurbishment sectors and have a successful track record in project delivery, leading and coordinating multiple schemes.Duties will include:

• Project planning and pre-construction engagement – setting time scales
• Project mobilisation and site setup – programme planning, safe and timely delivery
• Excellent construction phase implementation and delivery – management of direct labour and subcontractors
• Continual communication, to successful completion and handover of projects – site teams and client liaison

Suitable candidates:

• A proven track record managing multiple projects up to £2m, including MoD, Commercial, Refurbishment and Heritage schemes
• NVQ 6/7 or Degree in a construction-related subject
• SMSTS, CSCS White / Black Card, full Driving Licence
• Candidates must be willing to undergo enhanced DBS/security clearance
• Excellent communication and IT skills are a must
