We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site operations and manage refurbishment projects up £3m. The successful candidate will oversee all site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, programming, and site operations.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and materials.
• Report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
• Promote sustainable practices and efficient waste management.
• Foster strong relationships with architects, surveyors, and clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work.
• Proven experience managing projects up to £3m in value.
• Strong IT skills for communication and project documentation.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
