Salary / Rate: £65000 to £75000 per annum + pension and other benefitsTHE ROLEMy client is now seeking a Project Manager to join their Central London office to work on a range of projects for owners and investors.Projects will include offices, residential, hotels and mixed use buildings.You will be responsible for the entire project from feasibility stage through to completion of project.You will work across the whole development cycle with involvement on the delivery phase from pre-construction, contract management and through occupation.My client offers a friendly and supportive environment and you will work closely with a Director offering good opportunities to progress with the company.THE COMPANYMy client is a successful firm of consultants working as development managers, project managers and cost managers.THE CANDIDATEYou will be a Project Manager with experience of the following:-Feasibility and viability assessmentsContribute to architectural and technical designManage the professional consultants through the planning and construction phasesDrive the project programme and critical path throughout the development cycle to practical completionBe able to identify new business and investment opportunitiesBe able to understand and manage the client’s expectations with regards to Employers Requirements and Project BriefManage the tender process working alongside the Quantity SurveyorReview and contribute to the building design from concept through to construction documentation stagesHelp with the negotiation and procurement of the Main and Sub-ContractorsManage the design team to keep momentum on design requirements and to meet the project and programme milestonesManage the obtainment of statutory approvals and ensure these are followed throughWork closely with the Quantity Surveyor to produce the initial cost plan and budgetReview and approve monthly drawdowns and valuations on projects to ensure that budgets are met.You will have a Degree in a construction or property subject e.g. Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management or similar.Experience of working and construction professional within the real estate sector essential.Salary is negotiable from around £65000 to £75000 depending on experience per annum plus pension, professional fees, bonus etc.Please email a full c.v. or give me, Denise Neville a call for an informal and confidential discussion on 020 7613 5555 or 020 8368 0025 or mobile 07836 350309 or take a look at our website on tedrecruitment.comHow to Apply:- Please email your c.v. quoting the job reference number to deniseneville@tedrecruitment.com
