We’re supporting a successful and growing subcontractor with the appointment of an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a residential groundworks scheme in London.This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and hands-on individual who thrives in a relaxed, people-focused environment. With regular social events, clear career progression routes, and a supportive leadership team, this business has built a strong reputation for delivering complex civil engineering packages to high standards.Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee day-to-day project delivery of groundworks and associated civil engineering works on a large residential site.
·Coordinate with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of the programme.
·Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company procedures.
·Manage commercial and cost aspects in collaboration with the QS team.
·Maintain accurate site records, progress reporting, and client communication.
·Lead and motivate site teams to achieve key project milestones.Requirements:
·SMSTS and First Aid certifications (essential).
·Strong experience delivering civil engineering and groundworks projects, ideally within residential or 278 works.
·Solid background in project coordination and team leadership.
·Commercial awareness and understanding of cost control.
·A collaborative attitude with a hands-on, can-do approach.What’s On Offer:
