Role: Project Coordinator/ Junior Project ManagerLocation: Hybrid from the Manchester OfficeBureau Veritas is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, development, and execution of CAPEX Team projects delivered by our Fire Engineering, CDM and Building Standards teams. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and optimising spending
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project issues, including scope changes, resource constraints, and technical challenges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and report on project metrics, including progress, risks, and KPIs

What does it take to apply?

• Proven project/contract management experience
• Demonstrated ability to work and manage clients effectively
• Commercial awareness and project management expertise
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in health & safety
• A-level or equivalent education
