With a strong pipeline of high-spec commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London and the South East, this award-winning team is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of dynamic, design-led spaces.The RoleAs Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from pre-construction through to practical completion, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. You’ll manage site operations, oversee contractors, and maintain strong communication with the design and commercial teams to deliver world-class environments.🧰 Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple CAT A & B fit-out and refurbishment projects across the South East
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
• Liaise effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company protocols
• Drive project progress through strong leadership and problem-solving

🎯 Required Experience

• Proven experience managing high-end commercial fit-out projects (preferably in the £500k–£5m range)
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, and programme delivery
• Skilled at client-facing communication and collaborative team leadership
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification desirable
• Based within commutable distance of Guildford with flexibility for site trave

Expected salary

£60000 – 80000 per year
