Project Manager/Business Analyst – 12 month FTC – Up to £40K Basic Salary + Excellent Benefits – Hybrid Working/HammersmithOverview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for one of the fastest growing retail companies in the United Kingdom. They’re seeking a skilled individual to oversee project management and business analysis tasks, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.In terms of the tools and software my client uses, includes Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence) for project management and documentation, Lucid for diagramming and Power BI for reporting. If you have any experience or exposure with these that would be desirable!Role & Responsibilities:
60% of work will be Project Management, 40% Business Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, maintain logs, and manage resourcing and budgets.
• Provide advisory support to implement project management methodologies across the organisation.
• Create and maintain business process documentation, conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements.
• Analyse data and facilitate feedback sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support user acceptance testing and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in project management and business analysis, with proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.

Package:

• Up to £40,000 basic salary
• Hybrid working model, 2/3 days in the office (Hammersmith area)
