Project Manager – Please only apply if you have a DBS clearance.Key Focus

• Oversee and coordinate the installation and implementation of infrastructure refreshes and upgrades based on completed audit findings and recommendations.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and risk mitigation during rollout.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed installation project plans with clear milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate vendor and internal teams to execute hardware refreshes, server migrations, and network upgrades.
• Track progress against audit recommendations and ensure urgent/high-risk items are prioritized.
• Manage risks and issues arising during installation, updating the risk register accordingly.
• Communicate status updates and escalate blockers promptly to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Trust policies and minimal disruption to school operations during installation.

Required Experience

• Proven experience managing infrastructure installation or refresh projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate complex technical rollouts.
• Familiarity with education sector environments preferred.
