In the DSV Group Project Management Office (PMO), you will be a part of a group of 80+ highly professional colleagues. Our mission is to provide high-quality services and handle projects for the DSV organization, supporting business and group functions in executing global strategies.Lead complex projects linked to our strategy
We have recently made the transition towards our project managers being even more specialised in their roles. This means that you will be the subject matter expert for finance and become responsible for running enterprise-level finance projects and programmes within the PMO Finance Cluster.
You will be working closely with the PMO management team as well as senior stakeholders in DSV, spanning functional areas such as Business Divisions, Group Finance, Compliance, and Group IT.Specifically, you will:

• Lead and manage our SAP template implementation or related financial services, i.e. E-Invoicing, SAP country roll out, SAP Upgrades and Reporting Solutions
• Develop finance projects from initiation stage to operation – following our standard PMO process and governance
• Handle task and time management of external partners, service providers, and consultants
• Manage the projects and subsequent task alignment of project members, including potential country implementation across all project stages starting from business case initiation to hypercare

Solid project management experience in financeNeedless to say, this role requires good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to build and maintain business relationships across levels. You know how to maneuver across the organization, and while you use your coaching skills in your interactions, you also know how to stand your ground when others challenge you. Finally, you:

• Have solid experience within finance and SAP-related project management in large corporate projects – preferably from a global PMO and MNCs
• Have a comprehensive understanding of project management models i.e. Prince2 and/or agile frameworks.
• Are fluent in English (Oral Danish is an advantage).
