Job Description:Euronet seeks to employ a skilled Project Manager to manage and oversee complex projects and add real value within Euronet group.The successful candidate will be part of a multinational team, based in our Madrid office and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative financial solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

End to end project management of complex projects in the field of Electronic Financial Transactions across Europe.
Develop project plans that display milestones, monitor progress, and conduct regular project reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and manage changes in scope and schedules.
Ensure that the project’s scope is communicated and understood amongst the stakeholders.
Manage stakeholders’ expectations and concerns.
Identify risks in a timely manner, as well as provide mitigation plans and seek innovative ways to remove project obstacles.
Maintain regular reporting of projects’ status in company portal and to project stakeholders in written.

Requirements:GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related academic field.
A minimum three (3) years of Project Management experience in multinational environments preferably within the financial services and/or banking sectors. Prior technical/software engineering experience is preferable.
Proven experience in coaching and mentoring project teams.
Business and Technical understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) business (POS, e-commerce, or ATM) and/or banking IT will be considered a plus.
Native in Spanish and fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
