Apply today and become part of our mission: Enabling better medicines – Enabling better lives!The PositionAs a Project Manager, you will be leading one or more projects which will vary in size and scope, related to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical ingredients for Novo Nordisk and external customers. With your background in project management on Automation Projects, you will be working on projects aimed at the refurbishment of existing production facilities or the establishment of new facilities with automation solutions in manufacturing and laboratories.Your Main Tasks Will Be:

• Leading medium to large projects and interacting with a group of team members (internal and external), including Project Coordinators, Project Planners, Controllers, specialists, engineers, and operators.
• Creating, together with key project members, project plans with appropriate levels of detail and presenting these plans to senior management.
• Utilising the established governance within project management to provide clarity on responsibilities and expectations in your project team, meeting structure, feedback procedures, and routines of collaboration.

Your workplace will be at our site in Køge, beautifully located by the bay.You will report directly to the Senior Manager of the Project Management Office, working with 16 highly skilled Project Managers, Planners, Assistants, Controllers, and our Project Portfolio Manager.During the onboarding programme, you can look forward to a thorough introduction to our processes, products, and our company as a whole. We look forward to welcoming you!QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you have:

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree within automation and/or IT and have technical experience from the automation/production industry – preferably within a GMP-regulated industry environment.
• Experience in one or more of the following technologies: CPU, PLC’s and SCADA setup.
• Several years of experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation; solid experience in project management, as well as a proven record of managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of and experience in different project management frameworks, such as Waterfall, Stage Gate Model, and Agile Project Management.
• Experience in communicating at all levels; fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate in Danish.

You know how to stay focused despite changing demands or tight deadlines.
