To assist the Senior Project Manager to manage and co-ordinate the regions planned maintenance, Periodic Servicing & Heating programme and assist the Senior Project Manager in the strategic delivery of an effective regional based planned and cyclical Heating maintenance programme.REQUIREMENTS:
1. i) A degree or equivalent Level 6* qualification in a Building/Construction/Mechanical & Electrical related discipline PLUS 1 year’s relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function
OR
ii) BTEC Higher or equivalent Level 5* qualification in a Building/Construction/Mechanical & Electrical related discipline PLUS 2 years’ relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function
OR
iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning AND at least 3 years’ relevant experience working within a Building/Construction/Mechanical & Electrical function (Please include dates)*Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalenciesAPPLICATION PROCESS
