Project Manager (HVAC)Blackpool£45,000- £55,000 + Company Car/ Car Allowance + Extensive TrainingAre you a Project Manager from an HVAC background looking for a role at a family-run design and build commercial mechanical services provider, working on large scale projects across Blackpool and North England, that have been going strong since 1993?Do you want to work in a role that offers a generous yearly salary, with the added benefit of either a company car or car allowance, as well as training in the company’s expertise, and autonomy over your work?On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become a staple part of a family-owned business at the forefront of the HVAC and Mechanical services sector, working large scale projects including refurbishments and mechanical installations of hotels, restaurants and bars across Blackpool and the North of England.In this role you will be responsible for managing company projects from start to finish, liaising with engineers, site managers, and external clients to ensure smooth project delivery, and the organization and monitor of job resources such as labour materials, ensuring projects have sufficient materials and equipment.This role would suit a Project Manager from an HVAC background, looking for a role in a family-run business, with the added benefit of autonomy over your work, a company car or car allowance, and in-depth training on the company’s specialism.The Role

• Overseeing company projects from start to finish
• Work closely with external clients and team members
• Manage project schedules, resources and costs

• Project Manager from a HVAC background
• NVQ in a relevant field
• Driving license and willingness to travel
