Position Title: Project Manager in Customer Experience Research with automotive focus – with fluent EnglishPosition Summary:The Project Manager within the Key Account Management Department performs one the most important tasks of our entire company’s operation, i.e. project management from concluded contracts till the implementation of mystery shop evaluation programs. Client communication, setting guidelines and milestones, handling client change requests, problem-solving, reviewing reports, and tracking project completion rates are all part of your day.In this position, you may work as a client’s primary contact person for a particular market and in addition you work as part of a larger team.Project you will be working on is for a client in the Automotive Industry who uses the BARE mystery shopping services to collect automotive pricings.Please note, that this is not a people manager role. We call it Project Manager, as there is individual accountability for the projects assigned, however it is overwhelmingly a project-coordination role with lots of operational-administrative tasks included too. If you are an experienced (IT) project manager with people reporting to you, this is not a career challenge for you.Essential Duties:

• Execute project set up an online programming according to company procedures.
• Develop project timelines and make sure milestones are followed and documented.
• Track project scheduling and confirm timely project completion.
• Monitor late projects; initiate action plans when necessary.
• Keep project manuals updated according to company requirements.
• Develop briefing documents, guidelines.
• Participate in team and company meetings.
• Weekly update client location and manager records.
• Monthly invoicing of completed reports.
• Execute project and system setup with the team.
• Support Team during project by providing data entry in our systems.
• Backup and support on overall tasks when needed.
• Manage project process and well control project status.
• Follow up issues with solutions to work closely with all stakeholders and summarize lessons learn to improve further project operation.
• Prepare/import template files.
• Maintaining and tracking TAT (turn around times).

Minimum Qualifications:

• College/University completed
• min. 3yrs of related professional experience

Languages:

• Fluent English is a must, French language knowledge is nice to have.
• Additional European languages are useful.

Key Skill Competencies:

• Proven track record of automotive industry with strong focus on pricing.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. Ability to learn BARE’s proprietary database systems is critical.
• Detail oriented skills of detail oriented working attitude
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen and ask for clarification; ability to convey facts in writing using language the reader will best understand.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
