Allianz Technology Spain Hub is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead our License Review and Workplace Cost Optimization initiative. This role is integral to our Financial Optimization Plan, a key pillar of our Spain Hub Strategy for 2024. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, automation tools, and engaging with Product Owners and Service Owners within a large organization. This position offers significant growth opportunities, with the potential to develop into more advanced roles within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:

• Lead the License Review and Workplace Cost Optimization project, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

• Conduct detailed analysis of workplace costs, including IT licenses, software packages, and management services.
• Identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and unnecessary expenses.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives, ensuring long-term sustainability without compromising quality.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with key stakeholders, including Product Owners, Service Owners, and other team members.
• Facilitate regular meetings and check-ins to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Provide updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

• Develop and implement standardized guidelines and oversight mechanisms for license allocation.
• Automate and optimize processes using tools.
• Ensure seamless synchronization between systems.
• Team Leadership:
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Identify any additional staffing needs and support the hiring process as required.

QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, data analysis, or a related field within a large organization.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and cost management in an IT context.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and tools.
• Experience with automation tools and techniques for process optimization.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with various stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills.
