As a global leader in the lift and escalator industry, KONE provides lifts and escalators as well as solutions for maintenance and modernisation to add value to buildings throughout their life cycle.KONE is looking for a Project Manager (Lifts) to join our Installation team in Dublin.As a Project Manager, you will be the interface with all key stakeholders during the project. You coordinate the activities of your assigned projects to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. You will be in daily contact with our clients, subcontractors and your KONE colleagues (supervisors, fitters, quantity surveyors, planners, document controllers). You will be the coordinator, keeping all parties working together smoothly.What would a typical day look like?You will be overseeing and monitoring the execution of Lift installation projectsYou will be in direct contact with our clients. You are their main point-of-contact for their questions and concernsYou will review project proposal to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projectYou will establish a work plan and staffing for each phase of projectYou oversee the planning of delivery and storage of materials to the site(s)You coordinate the activities of the project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budgetYou aim to be an energizing leader who gets the best of others and strives to exceed customer expectationsWhat will help you to succeed in this role?Experience in construction, civil engineering or the lift industryGood project management skillsCustomer focusAbility to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholdersExcellent planning and analytical skillsStrong organisation skills that allow you to coordinate complex projectsKONE provides a competitive salary and benefits including annual bonus up to 15%, Company car, KONE pension scheme and other benefits.
