• Develop projects from initiation stage to operations, following standard PMO processes and strong governance.
• Manage the project and subsequent task alignment of project members, including potential country implementations across all project stages starting from business case initiation to hypercare.
• Handle budgets and ensure close control of project costs across multiple teams.
• Potentially handle task and time management of external partners, service providers, and consultants.
• Proactively handle issues and manage upwards due to the strategic importance of the projects.
• Facilitate and participate in workshops, project boards, and townhall meetings addressing a large and diverse audience.

Wymagania

• Around 5+ years of continuous project management experience with large corporate projects, preferably from a global PMO or multinational corporations.
• Experience in Logistics
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management tools, such as Prince2 and/or agile frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Polish.
