Job Description:You join the Operational Excellence team of Ostrum AM, as Project Manager for Outsourced Service Providers. You are particularly responsible for managing outsourced, intra-group and external essential service providers (ESPE).On a day-to-day basis, your tasks are:

• Define and implement the framework around the PESIs;
• Manage the quality and compliance of services delivered to Ostrum AM;
• Ensure compliance with established governance, SLAs and their evolutions;
• Challenge and follow-up action plans in a continuous improvement logic;
• Liaise with the Group to capture the guidelines imposed, evolve the system, produce expected reporting.
