Join Tein Technology as a Project Manager in Brussels on a permanent contract !Managing 4 and 12 projects in parallelSuperb office in SchaerbeekHybrid, 3 days in Brussels with flexible work hoursFluency in Dutch, preferably with French tooKey Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead a project team made up of project engineers, customer service engineers and solution architects, and supported by the Account Manager.
• You’ll get to be the single point of contact for your client, subcontractors, suppliers and the internal organization.
• You’ll have ownership of the project and will manage it from both a business and project perspective.
• You’ll be working with the project team to define the project approach, and to develop, implement and follow detailed and complex project implementation plans.
• You’ll get to identify, manage (minimize/anticipate) and report on potential risks throughout the entire project realization process.
• You’ll be supervising technical issues, making sure they are followed up by the project engineers and if necessary escalating them to the internal and the supplier’s organization until they are resolved.
• You’ll work closely with the account manager to detect, generate and manage change requests and pitch these to the client.
• You’ll be in charge of ensuring that the quality of the “deliverables” matches the scope and allocated budget of the project.
• You’ll be reporting to the Operations Director on projects’ resources, status and risk follow-up using online Project management tools and the financial & logistics follow up in our online ERP tool.
• You’ll get to support the sales division by advising on operational aspects (planning, installation budget, project approach, etc.) at the tender stage.

Competencies & BehaviorsEssential Criteria’s

• Industrial engineer in electronics or ICT or a technical Master’s degree
• A minimum of 5 years professional experience working in IT and/or Telecommunications as a project manager
• Professional mastery of Dutch (C1 to C2)
• Solid experience project management methodologies
• Solid grasp of technological, business and human resources matters
• Able to build strong & confident relationships with clients Collaboration & ability to work in team
• Facilitation & Communication, open minded and innovative
• Proactivity
• Affinity with ERP systems

Considered as an advantage

• Experience with public sector
• Fluency in French
• Prince 2 certification
• Microsoft Business Central
