Our Recruitment Engineers select the best IT profiles for prestigious consulting firms IT, banks, service companies, manufacturing groups, excellent start-ups and digital DNA company.About the Company: for a multinational market leader in the consumer electronics, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a Financial Data Analyst.Core Responsibilities:You will manage and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives which may be largescale, high impact projects with moderate risk and complexity. The primary focus will be on strategic projects related to:

• Product Information Management (PIM) platform;
• Pricing strategies projects;
• Assortment Management and Purchasing projects.

You will be responsible for all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time, within budget and meets the defined success criteria. You will be focused also on problem solving and will have the ability to propose workable solutions. You will contribute:

• Managing large-scale, complex projects that may involve multiple internal and external partners;
• Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts;
• Identifying, assessing and resolving project risks;
• Conducting projects events like Kick Off, Status Update Meeting, Steering Committee etc.;
• Evaluating business processes, performing requirements analysis, uncovering areas for improvement;
• Working closely with Business Stakeholders and Software Engineers;
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements;
• Performing and Coordinating user acceptance testing.

Must Have:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Project Management Area;
• Experience on PIM/DAM projects management;
• Bachelor or Master degree (e.g. in IT, Management, Business etc.)
• Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects;
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
• Excellent documentation skills;
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations;
• Team player, collaborative with a remarkable client first attitude;
• Concrete, rational and able to work with tight deadlines;
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken;

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Retail Market
• PMP/PMI/Prince2 Certification and an Agile/Scrum Certification
