The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, and someone who has worked with the print, event & signage industry.
Due to the nature of the industry, the role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver projects effectively.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, health & safety and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management on progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the events & exhibitions industry
• Experience in working in the set-up stages of projects
• An ability to learn our business offerings and display that expertise to clients
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within a team environment.
