• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements
• Build and advance workforce supply and demand models that will improve operating accuracy and efficiency, in line with Schaeffler’s strategy and planning processes
• Analyze operational and human capital data to comprehend trends, opportunities and risks for the organization
• Provide insights and consult on strategies to address identified workforce gaps and needs
• Establish trust and effective use of forward-looking workforce plans
• Monitor workforce actions and track for impact
• Stay up to date on industry trends, innovation and best practices in workforce planning
• Continuously improve the Strategic Workforce Planning portfolio and process

Your Qualifications

• Academic degree in business administration, business informatics, international management, human resource management, accounting/controlling, or similar field
• Proven experience in business development, workforce planning, people analytics, or a similar role
• Strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for the interaction of data, people, and business plans
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and with stakeholders across all levels
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Structured, and self-driven way of working with attention to detail and quality
• Proficiency in data processing and data visualization tools such as KNIME and/or MS Power BI through academic projects, programs or past work experience
• Fluent in English language
