Project Manager (Timber / Pre-Construction)£50,000 – £60,000 + Hybrid + Company Car / Car Allowance + Progression + Training + Company BonusOxfordAre you a Pre-Construction Manager or similar from a Timber background looking for an autonomous role within a multi-million pound manufacturer who offer a range of progression opportunities right through to Commercial Directorship?This company, established in 1975 have since seen tremendous growth, with continued plans for expansion. They are now the leading UK timber manufacturer, with a headcount of over 250 employees in their Witney branch.They provide timber solutions to residential and commercial industries, supplying some of the largest construction companies in the industry. Due to their continued growth they are looking to add a Pre-Construction Manager to their team.In this varied role you will prepare all pre-construction tasks, liaising closely with key clients throughout the pre-construction process. You will be technically minded, ensuring design work is ready, visiting sites, and ensuring Health and Safety compliance.This role would suit an ambitious Pre-Construction Manager, looking to join a well-established company with excellent opportunities to progress into Senior roles.The Role:

• Liaise with key clients throughout the pre-construction process.
• Visits sites across the South East.

• Pre Construction Manager
• Background in Timber.
• Commutable to Witney.
