Project Manager Workplace Infrastructure

Your Role

* Coordinate projects from start to delivery, ensuring efficiency and quality.
* Review offers, calculations, and reports with the Operations Manager, and oversee necessary technical drawings.
* Manage material flow, logistics planning, and monitor changes in scope.
* Attend construction and site meetings across Belgium and Luxembourg.
* Translate project requirements into clear instructions for assembly teams and guide them during execution.
* Ensure technical and administrative project handover upon completion.
* Take full responsibility for planning, budgeting, safety, and quality, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Your Profile

* A technical background (bachelor’s or master’s) or equivalent experience is ideal.
* Previous project management experience is required.
* Organized, methodical, and a strong multitasker with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Able to read plans and specifications effortlessly.
* Proficient in office tools and preferably AutoCAD.
* Strong communicator and negotiator, adept at keeping stakeholders informed.
* Team player who thrives on collaboration and constructive feedback.
* Fluent in both national languages and English.
