Project Officer – Wolds & Holderness

Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is one of the UK’s fastest growing nature conservation organisations
and seeks to appoint a Project Officer – Wolds and Holderness.

The Project Officer will work with the Living Landscape Manager to help deliver a range of
environmentally based projects throughout the region. This will include developing projects,
leading funding bids, and managing delivery. Delivery may be on YWT owned nature reserves,
partner sites, and sites where we have management contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience of project and budget management, and of partnership
working with a wide range of stakeholders. They’ll have a good knowledge of water quality,
ecology and conservation issues, be self-motivated with excellent time management skills, and
have the ability to problem-solve issues as they arise.
