Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Project (Product) Manager – Crypto – this is a fully remote role but candidates need to be based in Europe.We lead the way in cryptocurrency trading, known as the largest Telegram trading bot for facilitating over $28 billion in volume traded by more than 50,000 daily active users . We deliver seamless on-chain trading experiences with advanced tools such as DCA & limit orders , sniping , and automatic wallet copy-trading . Our platform sets the standard in speed, innovation, and reliability.We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee task distribution, delivery timelines, and project coordination across our growing development team. This role bridges technical expertise and project leadership, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient delivery of key initiatives.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Lead: Work closely with engineers to scope tasks, oversee task distribution, ensure clear priorities and achievable deadlines.
• Monitor Delivery: Track project progress using project management tools, maintain project momentum, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Ensure Technical Feasibility: Use your technical expertise to validate project scopes and optimize workflows.
• Drive Agile Practices: Implement best practices for Agile frameworks, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Foster Collaboration: Serve as the link between engineering, and leadership, ensuring alignment across projects.

Requirements5+ years in a technical project manager role (Technical Manager, Scrum Master, or similar).Familiarity with DeFi and crypto trading platforms.Strong experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.Must have excellent English communication skillsMust have strong project ownership experience, as well as project management. (Ideally proven experience managing a project from start to finish)Benefits
