Senior Project Quality Leader for HVDC mega project

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all quality related matters

• Build & manage the team of Quality leaders for the project (Equipment Quality Managers, Site Quality Leaders…)

• Coordinate of project quality activities with all other functions & stakeholders

• Establish Project Quality Plans (PQP) & related processes, considering projects customer requirements & Risks identified

• Adaption and monitoring of project related Quality Plans (PQP), especially under consideration of Offshore specific requirements

• Develop Auditing and surveillance plans of subcontractor & supplier activities. Validation of quality plans from suppliers

• Implement Continuous improvement of processes including strong Return of Experience and Lessons Learned processes

• Lead standard work quality

• Perform Non-conformance management, inclusive of RCA, 8D and standard tools

Requirements

• Experience of a Leading quality activities in large EPC Project

• Strong knowledge and experience of processes for ISO9001. ISO21500 is a plus

• Qualified Internal Auditor ISO9001

• Strong IT tool usage, Microsoft office, document control systems, non-conformance management systems, SAP, or similar.

• Degree in Engineering discipline or similar for the type of work should be requirement but experience shows that competence is higher then this would be considered too

• Strong communicator and influencer

• English fluent
