Do będzie należało:Your responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and communicate the project QA/QC Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and contractual requirements.
Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews of quality systems, including subcontractors, designers, and suppliers, ensuring non-conformance actions are addressed.
Support and monitor subcontractors’ QA/QC management systems and promote Best Practices to improve site quality and reduce rework.
Analyze and report on QA/QC performance through data collection and key performance indicators, recommending improvements as needed.
Coordinate and document QA/QC processes, including project procedures, meetings, and reporting to senior management.
Ensure timely investigation and resolution of significant QA/QC breaches, advising management on preventive measures.

:Our requirements

preferred engineering degree with experience in the industry,
good knowledge of local QA/QC legislation and proficiency in QA/QC management systems, with familiarity in ISO 9001, ISO 10005, and ISO 19011 standards,
strong experience with software systems related to QA/QC management, with preference for managing portfolios of projects,
proficiency in English at a C1+ level (written and oral),
strong attention to detail, time/resource management, and a continuous improvement mindset.
