You will be responsible for improving the organisation’s market position and achieving financial growth in this area. You will be the direct report for all technical recruiters, supporting them throughout the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. This role reports to the Operations Director.Roles and ResponsibilitiesImprove the company’s market position and increase financial growth for the function according to agreed goals and sales targets.Work with the BD Manager to develop a Sales & Marketing Strategy for the functionPlan sales activity for existing Clients.Work with the BD manager to identify potential new Clients.Review report on Performance versus Targets on a weekly basisEarly intervention to address issues when KPIs are not being achieved.Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.Develop pricing schedules and rates, ensuring they are in line with market rates.Prepare and document standard policies and procedures appropriate to the Contract Services function.Identify areas for improvements in the Contract Services function and implement corrective actions, from identifying recruitment opportunities, interview/hiring process, to contract negotiation and administration.Optimize the Recruitment platform, Vincere, migrating all operational day-to-day tasks to the one platform.Support technical recruiters in filling positions by assessing viable candidates and their suitability for vacancies.Ensure recruitment process and all steps are adhered to for all roles, including PI assessments, reference checks, and contract sign off.Coach technical recruiters in all aspects of job filling including role qualification, contract negotiation (including SOWs) deal closing.Ensure all documentation completed for on boarding and offboarding process.Ensure all contract documentation is reviewed ahead of sending to Client and CandidateWork with the Design, PMO, and BD functions to ensure that all Operational aspects of the business have the appropriate resources to service ongoing and upcoming projects.Develop resource forecasting plan with the Design, PMO, and BD functionsMaintain a warm candidate pool for regularly sought-after roles, such as piping design engineers, project managers, validation engineersMonthly check in with Dolmen Engineering contractorsCultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts and build out the organizational structure to ensure all customer accounts are being serviced appropriately and thoroughly, mining for new opportunities within each customer account.RequirementsA degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field.At least 5 years’ experience in a technical sales role.Proven experience in customer relationship management and recruitment.Relevant product and industry knowledge.Experience with relevant software applications including CRM packages.Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.Knowledge of various interviewing methods.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Organization and planning.Ability to Multitask.Persuasiveness/Influencing.Adaptability.Networking.Finisher, i.e. can close deals effectively and in a timely manner.Package€75 – 85K per annum, open to negotiationExcellent benefits packageContactKaren McHugh is the consultant managing this position.If you are Supply Chain Planner interested in roles based in Dublin, you can contact Karen by e-mail at karen@jobcontax.com or phone +353-1-7978720 for a confidential chat.JobContax do not send CVs to clients without candidate permission.With over 50 years of technical recruitment experience, JobContax is the leading recruiter of Project services manager in Dublin and Ireland.Due to the large volume of applications, JobContax may not be able to respond to every individual.
