As Project Support Officer (PSO) you will join the Automotive System Engineering & Marketing group (ASEM). Automotive is one of the core businesses of NXP. Our technologies for Automotive applications create new ways to make cars cleaner, safer & more secure while adding convenience and fun. NXP is the global number 1 supplier of automotive semiconductors.

This is a new and exciting PSO position where you are responsible to support our system projects and programs, as well as support shaping the new PMO (Program Management Office) organization.

Come and join NXPs Automotive System Engineering & Marketing group and work with our teams in SW R&D, all our automotive product lines and our strong program/project managers team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain program budget breakdowns and analyze deviations together with EPMs
  • Consolidate and maintain request and staffing overviews for various organizations
  • Support System Project/Program Managers in setting up and maintaining configuration management systems across different R&D organizations:
  • Sciforma, ELM7, Sharepoint, Collabnet
  • Support System Project/Program Managers in planning and tracking plan adherence
  • Data Visualization: create visual representations – charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable to stakeholders.
  • Develop and improve operational dashboards to increase efficiency
  • Define, plan and execute operational reporting process to help management focus on key priorities
  • Prepare and track PPRB, project and review boards

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Management (or equivalent)
  • Proficient with PowerBI, Excel, Sciforma, Doors, Sharepoint, JIRA, and Collabnet
  • Proficient with Agile and critical chain planning methodologies, able to act as planning facilitator is a plus

Furthermore you have/are:

  • A collaborative team player
  • Good organizational skills and commitment to fast follow through
  • Disciplined in monitoring and documenting
  • Demonstrates a willingness to continuously learn and improve
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple simultaneous projects

Job Summary:

  • Project Support Officer within the Automotive System Engineering & Marketing group
  • Responsible to support our system projects and programs, as well as support shaping the new PMO (Program Management Office) organization.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Management (or equivalent)
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Project management experience preferred but not required
