From initiating projects to running reports, you’ll work closely with various departments, including buying, marketing, and operations, to ensure that promotional campaigns are data-driven and align with company goals. • Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports on promotional performance.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Data Analysis: Analyse internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform promotional strategies.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee promotional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align promotional activities with overall business objectives.
• Price Promotions Budget Management: Manage the promotional budget, ensuring efficient use of resources across all activities.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience in data analysis and project management, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent project management abilities, preferably with qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
