Working Hours: Full-time preferred, but 4 days will be considered
Working Arrangement: Fully on-site initially; hybrid working available thereafter (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)Hourly rate: Negotiable (outside IR35)A well-regarded and long-established law firm in the Northwest is seeking a Property Locum to provide interim support during a gap in permanent staffing.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of predominantly Residential Property matters
• Handling Commercial Property transactions as needed
• Working with paper files
• Supported by a dedicated legal secretary
