In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQ), Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for entities across various geographies, with a focus on the UK and EMEA regions, including localization of proposal resources.
- Study and understand prospects’ needs and develop proposal schedules and templates specific to each market.
- Ensure compliance with prospects’ requirements.
- Effectively handle multiple proposals in a high-performance and fast-paced environment.
- Work with Samsara subject matter experts and account executives to tailor responses to each prospect.
- Use and maintain the RFP knowledge base and ensure content is continuously updated.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the entire RFP process for private evaluators.
- Debrief with sales teams and use feedback to provide recommendations for process improvements.
- On a case-by-case basis, collaborate with other functional teams on side projects.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum requirements for the role:
- English & French fluency (mandatory requirement).
- A Bachelor’s degree (Technical Writing, Business Strategy, English, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines) or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of project management experience.
- Strong cross-collaboration skills.
- High-level writing skills to author and edit technical content.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience with AI tools.
- Fluency in other languages (German and Spanish).
