The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified Psychology Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with a passion for inspiring students.
• Have experience teaching Key Stages 4-5 (or a strong desire to teach A-Level).
• Be dedicated to fostering a deep understanding of Psychology and encouraging independent thought and inquiry.
• Have a passion for interactive, research-driven, and thought-provoking lessons.
