We help publishers monetize their audiences and brands maximize performance—while ensuring a seamless, brand-safe user experience.With 1 billion+ users monthly and 185 billion ad impressions across 70+ languages, we work with brands like Renault, Domino’s, Nestlé, and IKEA to drive real business results.Now, we are seeking a professional Publisher Success Manager to build and scale our cooperation with our publishers.What You’ll Do:

  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with existing publishers in the market
  • Monitor and maintain a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients on a daily basis
  • Optimize to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation
  • Constantly serve as a point of contact for the publishers to support and respond to needs from the client’s side
  • Negotiate with our clients about new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions
  • Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and cross-departments

RequirementsWho you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector
  • Excellent relationship management and customer service skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectations
  • Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality types
  • Deep understanding of the Italian digital market
  • Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers
  • Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in Client Service roles
  • Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus
