Purchasing Coordinator (CDI)

We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team at the site in Saint Ouen l’Aumone (95, Paris). You will be responsible for supporting our planning and purchasing teams of Sensient Beauty at our locations in Paris and Kings Lynn (UK).

What you’ll do:

• Support the R&D team in sourcing new ingredients
• Create and keep vendor data and prices update in our ERP system
• Conflict resolution with vendors related to quality or deliveries
• Order follow up with suppliers
• Manage REACH volumes and quality initiatives

What you’ll bring:

• Experience of data handling and management in an ERP system
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Hands-on mentality and problem-solving capabilities
• Your enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork to create an amazing in-office environment full-time, 5 days per week
